In order to get a refund or an exchange of the product, the customer is expected to return the product within 5 days from the date of purchase. In case the customer fails to return the product with 5 days, the policy for return and exchange is forfeited.

A refund will only be provided in the below mentioned situations:

  • Incase the order is cancelled due to a Non-Delivery of Products
  • Or Non-availability of Ordered Products
  • The product should be unused and should be in the same condition you received it
  • The seal of the product and the original packaging should not be damaged (If applicable) in order to be eligible for refund or return

Please Note: Used / Seal Opened Products Only Eligible for Exchange, Not Refund

The below mentioned types of categories products are exempt from being returned, those products can only be exchanged, they are as follows:

  • Seal Opened Products, Used Products, Products with Manufacturing Defects, Passive Parts such as Connectors, Remote Controls, Adaptors, Wires, Screws etc. cannot be returned only Exchanged.

In order to be eligible for your return, we would require the receipt or purchase invoice. Please do not send your product back to us without the receipt or purchase invoice.

The below mentioned categories, types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Accessories Such as: Wires - Connectors - SMPS Power Supplies - Power Adapters - Wire Connectors - Remote Controls
  • All the above-mentioned accessories and the product which you have purchased if incase it gets Burned or is in Physically Damaged State

There are certain situations where only exchange would be granted (if applicable).

  • Any Items / Products that has been opened/Used or Tested by us
  • Any item / Product not in its original condition, is damaged or any part is missing due to an error on part of third-party logistics service provider or natural disaster

Refunds (if applicable)

The product when received by Us, will go through the below mentioned procedure

  • The customer will be notified via email that their product has been received.
  • We will qualify by our standards whether the product is eligible for the refund or not.
  • If the product qualifies for the refund, we will send you an email which will notify you regarding the qualification or disqualification of your refund.
  • The refund amount to get credited into your Bank A/c will take around 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of your refund by us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account once again. Then get in touch with your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Kindly use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. So that your product reaches us safely. We are not liable to pay for any losses, incase the product is lost or misplaced during the transit by your courier.
