The Warranty is applicable from 12 Months from the date of purchase.

The warranty cannot be claimed in the below mentioned three cases

  • Chipset burnt
  • Seal broken
  • Label removed

In order to claim the warranty, the customer is required to submit the original purchase invoice.

The product once dispatched from the customer’s end to Ewave service center, it will take approximately 15 to 20 days for the purpose of troubleshooting. Post that timeline the product will be dispatched to the customer.

The charges related to logistics will be paid by the customer
